A. Question - Ask us questions about anything you want to know, find out or discuss. Again this can be about products, website, adverts

B. Feedback - Pass us on your opinion about gear, the website, our adverts or anything else that takes your fancy...as long as it's legal and is something we should know about.

C. Tips - Send us Hot Tips or other information that you think would benefit your fellow climbers that may end up on the website.

Caveat - Replies

The caveat to all of this is that as a small company we have not got the staff to respond to everything we get sent so out priorities will be to:
A. Respond to questions within two weeks.
B. Read all feedback and promise to pass all feedback to the relevent member of staff. Obviously we cannot immediately alter a piece of kit in response to an e-mail but we can and will bear all opinions in mind if the piece is re-worked or we are working on other gear. If however, it is website or other changeable matters we will try and respond if it's practial.
C. Read all your tips and use those which we feel are interesting and sensible and people will respond well to.

Finally we will not accept any feedback that doesn't have a name with it so we have made much of this form obligitory...Thanks in advance for all your comments, good or bad...
