How does it all work?

Questions like what are these things and which routes will they go in best? Answer: Wild Country's big Rocks are great for easy routes and starting off as they are very simple to place and secure once in!!

Gear Selection

Deciding which gear to carry and how much gear to carry is one of things that simply grows through experience. After a while you will read a guidebook and look at the rock and be able to tell which pieces you will need.
However, for the beginner it is a more difficult choice so below we have a couple of articles by one of Britains most repected climbers / mountaineers Ian Parnell about the choices available.
