Our bank of automatic sewing machines are accurate to within 0.1mm and using the latest in stitch pattern design software, we are able to manipulate any material to yield perfect results every time. Wild Country designs and creates the majority of the tooling and jigs needed for production and inspection of the parts we produce, we try to keep as much ‘in house’ as possible. Occasionally a customer will have special requirements for a development, this can be flame retardant, U.V resistant, or maybe infra-red viewable material. As a major buyer of materials this type of specialist material is easily accessible.
